The Lift app has been developed for both young people living with diabetes and the people who support them (e.g. parents or partners).

The Lift app teaches seven skills that have been previously shown to help young people improve their well-being. By learning and regularly practising these skills, we hope that young people and their support person will find skills that help them improve their well-being and learn to thrive with diabetes.
