Health Card is a unique health ID that will comprise a 14-digit health identification number using a person’s mobile number. It will allow the users, insurance companies and hospitals to access and share the health record digitally.
You need your digital health id to use the services provided by and across the network. You can use this ID to access the different digital healthcare services offered by this initiative. A 14-digit random-generated unique identification identifier called a “Digital Health Id” is essentially what is utilized to identify people throughout the various platforms.
You can apply for the health ID in three different ways – The health ID website, Health Records mobile app, and Participating health facilities (public/private hospitals, health and wellness centers, and community health centers. The registration for obtaining this card can also be done through the following process.
Process
Login into the health ID portal.
Click on the Login link.
Enter your Health ID or Address and year of birth. Click on the button.
Your health ID details will open.
