We offer national and international services through various transportation methods. You can request the shipment of pre-defined packages (with measurements previously defined by the company) or customized packages (with measurements specified by you according to the package size), depending on your needs.
Your service request will be processed promptly. Package transfer begins when a carrier picks up your service at the point of origin. The package can be assigned automatically (if you request immediate shipment) or the carrier can accept it when you request a scheduled shipment.
The carrier will validate the packages that make up your request, considering the measurements and weight of each package.
The cost of the service will depend on the established rates according to the type of shipment, but we will always offer you the most affordable rates on the market.

You can make your payment online, directly from the app.
Managed Requests
You can view your requests that are being processed by a carrier, whether you requested them as immediate or scheduled shipments and a carrier has accepted the service opportunity.
Pending Requests
If you scheduled a request and it has not yet been accepted by a carrier, you can view it in the pending requests option.
Overdue Requests
Requests that arrive on the scheduled date and are not processed by a carrier will be overdue the next day. You can continue your request with the rescheduling option, or you can cancel it if you wish.

We take care of your shipments, which is why we offer you security and guarantees in the delivery of your request.
Fair and Transparent Rates
Before creating your request, you can view the summary, which shows the origin and destination, recipient information to ensure delivery to the specific location, and the contact person. You can also view the type of shipping, the distance between origin and destination, the number of packages, the breakdown of items, and the total amount of your request.

- Enter the origin/destination address and specify the destination information, as well as the contact person
- Specify the packages you want to send; they can be predetermined or customized

- Rate your experience once your request has been delivered to its destination
