Caricatures of anthropic aspects that hide among the folds of the human personality. These are not simple cards, but represent our inner child, our unconscious part, which brings us back to the present moment, showing us the mask we are wearing.
The use of Mostrillo Cards as a divinatory act shows us the time line on which we are acting. A possible evolution, an acquisition of consciousness and knowledge of our internal and mental processes through the succession of these cards, can make us see the most probable of all possible destinies and, by becoming aware of it, also make us change the timeline so as to be able to modify our probable destiny through what represents an awareness. Our beliefs, memories, thoughts that pass through our mind create our present reality. These cards help us clear these memories and make us see our beliefs.
The Mostrillo Cards, with a stylized design and immediate meaning, represent an archetypal symbol of the masks that mankind consciously and unconsciously implements to hide their fears, insecurities and various senses of inadequacy to social pressures, perceived as reality.
The Mostrillo Cards represent characters with bizarre and grotesque features, whose name comes from the sympathy aroused by their trait and their characteristic.
The name monster comes from the deformed features of the characters, monsters but with ridiculous features that arouse more laughter than fear. Hence the term of endearment monster rather than monster, since they arouse, indeed, hilarity.
The monsters therefore represent some characteristics of the human aspects, in which the being is linked in this world. They represent the various hidden and unconscious behaviors and emotions of people. They are highlighted in physicality, in emotions and feelings that materialize deformed, in monsters.
The little monsters are dual: some tend towards the negative, others towards the positive, but all with a picturesque reading.
