Why All Files Access Permission is Required:

2. MediaStore API does not provide access to files in recycle bin folders
3. We need to recursively scan recycle bin directories to find deleted files
4. Different manufacturers (Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.) use different recycle bin folder structures
5. Without this permission, we cannot access recycle bin folders and the app cannot function

This permission is used EXCLUSIVELY for:
• Scanning recycle bin directories (/Android/.Trash/, /DCIM/.Trash/, etc.)
• Locating deleted files within recycle bin folders
• Reading file metadata to display recoverable files
• Restoring files to their original locations
• Permanently deleting files from recycle bin

We do NOT use this permission for any other purpose. Your files remain on your device, under your complete control.
