Jotting down patient & surgery details on a paper or a book might seem cumbersome in our day to day busy schedules. To overcome these issues this app serves as an easy, simpler way for recording of our daily practice. Post graduates or Residents can maintain their entire log & residency curriculum in this app and they can take print or submit soft copy wherever necessary. It has provision for patient demographic details (Age, sex, hospital id, occupation, BMI, date of visit), Clinical presentation, diagnosis, investigations, surgical procedure underwent, intra operative notes, pictures & videos, HPE with follow up details. Surgeon can even keep a track of payments or payment status too!! Just one click can provide all the details needed on the patient as well as surgeries performed, which can be used for publications and presentations, to track our personal professional goals, and of course medicolegal purposes. Not just by the hospital id, data can be searched by type of surgery or by the diagnosis or by any parameter and yields all information pertaining to it. There is provision to enter or modify data any number of times as and when follow up demands. Even discharge summary can directly be generated and and sent in PDF format to patient when necessary. Data can be exported to excelsheet and used further as per requirement for own statistics. Overall, this app is very useful in keeping track of our work.
