Does Catherines offer free shipping?
If you pick up your order from one of their stores, then there is no shipping fee and delivery will be in 3 to 8 business days. However, if you have it shipped to your delivery address with Standard Ground shipping, delivery will be in 3 to 8 business days and will cost $7.95.

With 2nd Day Air, shipping to the store will cost $6 and to your delivery lcoation will cost $13.95. If you order your package to the store for Next Day shipping, your cost will be $13 and the shipping rate will be $20.95 if you have it shipped to your delivery location.

Does Catherines offer free returns and exchanges?
Catherines allows returns within 45 days of the date of purchase. However, they do not allow exchanges. Instead, you can return the item and make a new order.
