xSALE is a small application developed by CBC TRADING company - As one of the biggest distributor of Mother & Baby products in Vietnam. Stemming from the company's internal management needs, we need a tool to help manage Delivery Logs for orders on Shopee and Lazada e-commerce floors.

Every day we hand over hundreds of packages to shipping companies and usually they do not scan the order at our company but they collect to the newly scanned post office. This makes it very difficult for us to keep track of whether the parcel we send is scanned ?! And if in the waiting time to scan that order, customers cancel the order, will the carrier return the goods to me or not?

In addition, we also want to track whether after receiving the parcel, our goods will reach the customer or not and we will finally receive the money for the order.

That's why we make this app. And here is the specific function of the xSALE application:
+ Scan QR code or Barcode on the order code.
+ Automatically synchronize orders with Shopee and Lazada e-commerce floors to update order status.
+ xSALE keeps track of 6 order statuses with specific meanings as follows:
- Cancellation: All canceled orders due to the customer's failure to pay or the carrier has not scanned in time, the customer cancels them are listed in this section.
- Refund: Reimbursed unsuccessful applications.
- Waiting for warehousing: After sending the parcel to the VC, the order will be in this state. When the order is scanned, it goes to Delivery.
- In delivery: The orders have been scanned by VC and transferred to the delivery stage.
- Successful delivery: The order is successfully delivered but the shop has not received the counter payment from the e-commerce floor.
- Paid: After the e-commerce floor pays the shop, this status will be recorded. This is extremely useful, helping the shop know whether his shipment has been received or not.
+ Quickly search for scanned orders by: bill of lading code, order ID.
+ Export data to Excel and Text format (.txt). After exporting, you can share quickly via Zalo, Email, Messenger ...
