Located on the old site of the Pompey factory, this new interactive historical route introduces visitors to the world of iron and steel fire. Through this walk along the banks of the Moselle, the curious will discover the steel factory that closed in 1986 and gave birth to the most famous monument in the world: the Eiffel Tower.
From the blast furnace to the rolling mill, to the laboratory, the public travels through this land rich in history and discovers how the steelworks in Pompey have profoundly changed the city. For an even more immersive visit, visitors will be able to download an application to live the augmented reality experience or scan the QR code of the application on smartphone and discover audio testimonials.
