Application for the chronic patient connected to the portal of the manager.
The manager has the possibility to communicate with the patient for
• proposing and / or remembering the reservations made by the manager. The manager books for you the visits and / or exams to be carried out and informs you of the fixed date.
• Request location from your manager
• Request for entry of vital parameters (eg blood sugar, blood pressure ...)

Furthermore the help function allows you to automatically send a help message to your manager.
After clicking on the Help menu item, wait for the smartphone to geolocate.
As soon as the smartphone is geolocated, the app starts sending messages (notifications) to help the manager containing the position you are in and the screen shown below appears.
From this screen it is also possible:
• Send a pre-configured help text message to a phone number set on the registration screen
• Make a phone call to the phone number set on the registration screen
