CekP2P is an application that contains data / profiles of legal online peer-to-peer lendings that are registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in Indonesia. Online loans are often referred to as Peer-to-Peer Lending (P2P Lending), Fintech Lending, or Information Technology-Based Lending and Borrowing Services (LPMUBTI).
This application is not for getting or providing loans, but as a way for you to check whether the online loan you are using is legal or not, if you really intend to make an online loan.
The data in this application will continue to be updated according to the latest conditions based on a release from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
It is highly recommended that you always read information related to online loans in the mass media, or on the OJK website at https://www.ojk.go.id/
EXAMPLE OF INTEREST PER YEAR
- Maximum interest per year (APR): 14% (tenor 25 weeks / 6 months)
- Maximum interest per year (APR): 14% (tenor 50 weeks / 12 months)
- Maximum interest per day: 0.8%
LOAN SIMULATION EXAMPLE
- Loan plate: IDR 1,000,000 - IDR 4,000,000
- Interest rate per year: 12%.
- Tenor of repayment: 12-24 months
- 1% administration fee
- Insurance costs 0.10% -1.25% of the total loan provision where fees are included as part of the installments.
EXAMPLE OF EFFECTIVE ECONOMIC BENEFITS
- Minimum per year: 10.00%
- Maximum per year: 14.00%
EXAMPLE OF LENDING SIMULATION
- Loan Amount: IDR 3,000,000
- Tenor: 25 weeks
- Total Commission: Loan amount x 12% x 6/12 (Rp 180,000)
- Earning / week: (loan amount + total commission) / 25 = IDR 127,200
- Principal repayment: Loan amount / 25 = IDR 120,000
- Total Admin Fee: IDR 30,000 (Loan Amount x 1%)
- Loan Insurance Premium: 0.195%
- Total Loan Insurance Premium: IDR 5,850 (Loan Amount x 0.195%)
CekP2P application also does not serve complaints related to online loans that you use, whether legal or not. This is because the CekP2P application has no affiliation with the authorities related to the financial services sector.
