Coirtech app for the traceability of Coir (coconut fiber) production.
In order to know the origin of the raw material and follow the elements involved in the production process of coconut fiber until its delivery to the client, a collection of data is generated which allows us to know through a batch number production embedded in a QR code (Quick Response code) the following information:

Production batch data. General data of the batch where we can know the date it was produced and the product (presentation) that was produced; as well as the start and end time of the shift and the person responsible.

Purchase order data. Information related to the purchase and the customer who requested the production order, including data from the purchase order, production order and invoice.

Raw material. It allows us to know the origin of the raw material, which supplier and the transport unit that delivered; also the location within the storage spaces for ripening.

Production. Regarding the production process, we can know what inputs were used, and the employees who participated.

Shipment. Information related to the shipment and transportation of the product to its destination; provided by the client.

QA. Data and indicators reviewed by the quality department.
