CEORater is a CEO Analytics tool that ranks and analyzes NASDAQ-100 CEOs based on Total Shareholder Return (TSR), CEO compensation and related metrics. Our goal is to enable investors — retail and institutional — to quickly assess CEO performance using transparent, objective metrics.

We believe a CEO's primary responsibility is to generate shareholder returns that outperform the broader market. CEORater tracks and calculates this outperformance, or "alpha," through proprietary scoring and analytics.

Key Features:

• AlphaScore (0–100 CEO Rating): CEORater’s proprietary AlphaScore ranks CEOs relative to their NASDAQ-100 peers based on performance vs. the QQQ benchmark. It balances the magnitude and consistency of value creation, rewarding both long-term performance and year-over-year skill. The score is based on two percentile ranks:

1. Total TSR vs. QQQ
2. Average Annual TSR vs. QQQ
The AlphaScore is the average of these two metrics.

• CEO Comparisons: Directly compare CEOs across tracked metrics for deeper analysis.

• Filter Tabs: Quickly filter by performance, compensation, founder status, and more:

* TSR During Tenure: Total Stock Return during the CEO’s full tenure.
* TSR vs. QQQ: Measures CEO outperformance vs. the QQQ over the same time period.
* Average Annual TSR: Total TSR divided by tenure.
* Average Annual TSR vs. QQQ: Compares CEO’s average annual TSR to QQQ’s.
