SmartScan User app belongs to the family of SmartAlert Service apps. Mailbox Holders who have signed up for digital mail service at their post office box provider can use this app to easily review their mail digitally, request actions such as:

- scan the contents of the envelope
- deposit the check
- shred the item
- forward the item to me
