Cermonix Merchant is the companion app for verified barbers and salon staff to manage service requests from nearby customers using the Cermonix consumer app.

Who it’s for
• Verified barbers and beauty parlour workers employed by a registered shop.

How it works

Customers select services (e.g., haircut, beard trim, hair straightening) in the Cermonix app and choose a shop near their location.

A booking request is sent to all available staff at that shop on Cermonix Merchant.

The first staff member who accepts is assigned the booking.

In-app chat opens for merchant and customer to share details or reschedule.

When the customer arrives, they share a service OTP. The barber enters the OTP in Cermonix Merchant to start the job.

After completion, the barber becomes available to accept new requests.
