Tasting Our Beer

White foam, fine bubbles of medium persistence.

Straw yellow color, transparent or with a light veil.

Medium high carbonation.

Cereal aromas, light citrus and resinous tones provided by German hops.

On the palate it is soft and light, with a good balance of bitterness and sweetness.

In the aftertaste, the citrus aromas of the hops can be appreciated more intensely.

The ideal glass is the 33cl flute or Conil type. The finer the glass, the better.

Serve at a temperature between 2 and 4º.
