Hygiene saves lives - correct adherence to hand hygiene is relevant for both patients and the treating staff.

With the ASH quiz, you can test and train your knowledge of the correct time to disinfect your hands in the various everyday situations in the ward - starting with the five indications for hand disinfection through to maintaining a central venous catheter.

Play your way through 13 different levels based on the instructions from the Clean Hands campaign. Each level can be played through in a few minutes and can be repeated at any time to refresh your knowledge. New instructions for action will be added step by step.

ASH-Quiz is provided free of charge by the Clean Hands campaign for the participating institutions. For this purpose, an action code is available to them on the aktion-sauchtehaende.de website. With this code you can unlock access to levels 2–13. Ask your hygiene specialist. Level 1 with the “five elements of hand hygiene” is openly available.

TIP: Not in the mood for digital? As a participating institution, you can also obtain the instructions from ASH as a card game! You can find more information at: aktion-sauchtehaende.de
