You can squat in the correct form just by putting a smartphone in your pocket.
It will be automatically counted and recorded in the calendar.
How to
1. Put your smartphone vertically in your pocket as shown in the picture above. (It doesn't matter whether it faces up or down or front and back.)
2. It will rest for about 3 seconds while the sound being prepared is heard.
3. Making sure your knees do not extend anywhere past your toes, squat down
4.If you clear the knee angle that changes depending on the difficulty level and the time to stop with the knee bent, it will be counted up.
