Chez Paulette is for some the concert hall, the bar where they spent all their evenings, listening to music, meeting people, enjoying a beer while remaking the world. Several generations of audiences have succeeded in this place full of history.

It's since 1969 that Yves and Paulette Marchal welcome the public in their establishment, first with a very dancing formula and then with concerts every weekend in this special atmosphere.

Over the years, the rock pub has given way to other musical genres, offering visitors a very heterogeneous program: rock, punk, jazz, blues, reggae, metal, etc.
But it is especially thanks to the famous Paulette that the place acquires its soul, this grandma of rock, which, since its youngest age served at the bar, has always managed to animate the rock pub to make a friendly and pleasant place.
