Grievance Redressal System is designed for the customers to add a grievances and for the employees to resolved the grievances submitted by users.
The basic features of the application is as below,
- Customer signup : New users needs to signup into the system. User needs to add their basic details like Name, Mobile number, address etc.
- Customer Login : Existing customer can login into the system using their credentials.
- Post / New Grievance : Customer can add new grievance with all required details like issue, address, receipt details.
- Old Grievance List : Customer can view the added grievances and their status.
- Track Grievance : Users can also search and track the submitted grievances. So it will easy to know the status of grievance for users.
- Notice : User can also see the notice which is posted by admin side. So they can view and updated the new things.
- Notifications - Users can view the notifications which will be sent by admin team. It would be the status update, any notice or updations.
- We also provided the important links for customers to easily navigate to the their needs. The important links are E-tendering, Festival Permission, City Planning, Tariffs, Property Tax, Water tax etc.
- Change language : User can change the language as per their need. We provided the Marathi and English language to better use of application for the users.
Also users can manage their profile like view and update.
Employee Login : Employee can login in to the system using their credentials.
- Grievance Stats : After successful login employee can view the grievance stats like Total Grievance, In Progress Grievance, Completed Grievance.
- New Grievance : Employee can view the new grievance in list which is assigned by the admin team.
- Old Grievance List : Employees can view the added grievances and their status. Also the grievance list will be filtered by their statuses.
- Change Status / Update : Employee can change the status of assigned grievances and update on the same.
