This solution is a web and mobile-based platform designed to automate and streamline the "Transport + Language" aspect of the Workers' Compensation industry. It serves as a comprehensive solution for managed care companies, allowing them to easily bring appointments and providers into a mobile platform.
The app is designed for internal use by our credentialed providers. Providers are onboarded through the main website gfs.chooseavo.com before they can log in to the app.
Appointments are created on the main website and are then offered to multiple eligible providers, who receive different sets of push notifications for each subsequent step.
Once the appointment is offered and a bid is placed and won by the vendor, the vendor can proceed with the appointment.
Prior to the date and time of the appointment, the patient is notified about the vendor and vehicle information.
During the appointment, the vendor picks up the patient based on the appointment pickup location and transports them to their destination.
The app provides live tracking of the pickup process, requiring location and tracking permission.
Upon reaching the destination, an auto-generated invoice is submitted to the managed care company from the App and payment is processed out of the system.
