Our Story
Trung Nguyen was founded in 1996 in Buôn Ma Thuột, Vietnam’s coffee capital. Known for bold Phin filter coffee and innovative blends, it has become an international brand loved in more than 60 countries. The E-Coffee concept was created to make Vietnamese coffee traditions more accessible around the world.

Bringing Trung Nguyen to Houston
Our dream to share this coffee with Houston started over 10 years ago. Though the timing wasn’t right then, we tried again last year—and this time, it became reality. After traveling with employees for training with Trung Nguyen’s master artisans in Vietnam for 3 weeks, Tiffany and Stephen Le Jr. proudly opened the Houston’s first Trung Nguyen E-Coffee.

We offer authentic Vietnamese Phin coffee—brewed slow and bold—alongside creative specialty drinks and ceremonial-grade matcha whisked fresh to order. Our menu blends heritage with modern flavors, creating experiences that have quickly become local favorites.
