The Internal Management System for Jivdaya Hospital
IMPORTANT NOTE: This app handles VETERINARY (ANIMAL) health records and clinical data only. It is NOT for human health tracking or general public use.
The Jivdaya Hospital Management System (the App) is a dedicated, role-based application designed exclusively for the authorized staff of Jivdaya Hospital, including Admins, Doctors, Nurses, Inventory Managers, and Volunteers. This application provides a seamless, transparent platform for managing all critical aspects of animal health, treatment coordination, and hospital logistics in real-time.
Crucial Note on Access: This is an internal tool. Access is strictly contingent upon submitting a sign-up request which must be manually reviewed and approved by a System Admin. This application is not for public use.
Core Functionality & Role-Based Access
The App enforces strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure data security and integrity, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions (Section 2).
Doctors & Nurses: Responsible for the Data Accuracy and Integrity of Animal Health Records (diagnosis, treatmentDescription, and medication logs).
Inventory Managers: Solely responsible for tracking and updating Inventory Management (currentStock and reorderPoint).
Volunteers & Authorized Staff: Responsible for logging precise Location Data (GPS coordinates) for animal intake and release.
Data Handling and Transparency
The App is built on a principle of internal organizational transparency (Section 3 of Privacy Policy).
Public Operational Data: All operational data—including Animal Records, Treatment Plans, Inventory Logs, and Location Data—is stored in a central, public Firestore collection. This ensures that all approved staff members have the necessary read access for coordination and continuity of care.
Data Ownership and Retention: All operational data entered into the system is the sole property of Jivdaya Hospital and is subject to permanent retention for legal and clinical audit purposes (Section 4, Terms & Conditions).
Personal Data: User names and emails are kept in private records, while all actions taken are tied to a User ID for audit trails.
Account and Data Deletion
Users may request that their account be deleted by contacting the System Administrator. Upon verification, the user's personal authentication data (Name, Email, etc.) will be deleted. However, due to hospital auditing requirements, the Operational Data created by that user (medical logs, treatment histories) is permanently retained by the hospital.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Jivdaya Hospital is located.
