To calculate the bonus and Christmas bonus, the following information is requested:
- Monthly salary.
- Date of entry of your current job.
- Days you missed in the year.
- Days of bonus granted by your work (usually 15).

The settlement occurs when the worker resigns or is fired for just cause, that is, it is given to the worker by the employer when the employment relationship between them is terminated by means of a written proposal made by the employer to the worker.

The calculations are only for Mexico.

The Christmas bonus is the right of workers to receive compensation equivalent to a minimum of 15 days of salary, which in turn correspond to a year worked.
