Community Service Application (SIMAPAN APPS)
is an application intended to make it easier for residents to manage or make service administration letters/documents in the Kelurahan and Kecamatan.

With this application, all requests for service documents can be done anywhere and anytime. PATEN officers in the kelurahan will immediately process requests for documents that residents send, from the sub-district PATEN the letters/documents will be automatically integrated into the sub-district.

Residents will be informed to the whatsapp number when the letter is ready to be picked up.
