The use of numerical methods in solving engineering and mathematical problems is evidenced by the inclusion of his study in the various undergraduate and graduate curricula in the areas of exact sciences. It is an area with several applications in the different lines of professional training.
Given the algorithmic characteristics of the various methods developed, most of them can be implemented in computational applications, as a way to speed up the problem solving process, as well as increase the accuracy of the results obtained. In addition, the automation of methods can allow a more meaningful learning of the concepts and techniques involved in the use of numerical methods, as it can allow different adjustments and parameterizations in each method used, without having a greater consumption of time to test them in different parameters.
The application is intended to present various numerical methods for engineering and mathematical problems in general. In addition to performing the iterations of each method to produce the expected results, the application also presents concepts and algorithms of each method used, with demonstrations and also the formalization of each algorithm, so that the user can better understand the implementation of each method.
