Oakland Tell Us mobile application allows citizens to report issues related to Code Enforcement to Planning and Building Department. The citizens can report on the following three categories:

- Exterior Blight: Mattresses, trash, debris, furnitures, appliances, recyclables, hazardous weeds, graffiti, garbage can stored in public view

- Housing/Facility: Structural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical etc. including construction or change of occupancy without permit.

- Zoning: Un-permitted business in residential neighborhood, illegal signs.
