The Civil Code of Ukraine (CCU) is the main normative legal act of the civil legislation of Ukraine, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on January 16, 2003.

The Civil Code of Ukraine is a codified regulatory act (law) that regulates personal non-property and property relations (civil relations), the participants of which are individuals and legal entities, the State of Ukraine, territorial communities, foreign states and other subjects of public law.
