Overview
This application is to be used by the employees of Defence Housing Authority Islamabad Rawalpindi to help resolve the day-to-day service related issues faced by the organisation.

New Features
This app features a complete and comprehensive "Offline Mode" to enable the user to utilize the full functionality of the app without the presence of an active internet connection, this means that the user can register a complaint even when offline and the app can later upload the complaint data to the server without user interference. Furthermore, the UI (User Interface) is made to be attractive yet functional for people of all ages. The app is designed to relay real-time statistics and data which facilitates in problem solving and prevention.
