Blood seepage in the brain causes high pressure, which is difficult to resist because the brain is covered by the skull. Hemorrhagic strokes are more serious than ischemic strokes and cause more severe damage to the body. Hemorrhagic strokes can even be fatal, with deaths occurring in 30% to 50% of stroke patients.
