Valdez Gymnastics is a friendly club that was established over 20 years ago. We offer enriching and engaging classes for children of all ages and abilities. We aim to help children gain a sense of achievement, improve fitness and have fun whilst learning the skills of this exciting sport.

We offer weekly classes that run with the Hertfordshire school term for children as young as 14 months, kids in primary school, and kids at senior school!

We run over 60 classes each week Monday- Saturday for children of all different ages and abilities.

Every gymnast is given their own award book which records the skills learned in their training. The awards are carefully structured to progressively introduce and advance your gymnast’s skills. Our club championships are held annually.

Our friendly coaches are very experienced and are DBS checked. They are qualified and regularly trained in gymnastics coaching, first aid and safeguarding children.
