My Health is a Digital Health Platform for Citizens of Bangladesh. This application helps citizens to create their digital health account, keep track of their health record and monitor health regularly. It supports to automatically screen different health parameters to identify health risks and connect to healthcare resources. My Health application can track health condition of individuals and is able to do their health risk assessment and make an appointment for Doctor visit, Lab test and other healthcare services in government and private healthcare facilities. The system also supports to provide regular health education and awareness to prevent future health risks and improve health and lifestyle. My Health is designed to ensure the concept "Better Health Higher Productivity".
