The app allows users to securely log in using their username, password, OTP, and MPIN. Once logged in, the user is directed to the dashboard, where they can view key information, including a list of the top 5 alerts and a network status graph showing the offline and online status of sites.
In the site dashboard, the user can select a client and a specific site to view detailed information about the site, including the name of devices installed. The app also provides a live view of the site for real-time monitoring.
Additionally, in the workbench section, users can track open and closed tickets assigned to them, helping them manage and resolve issues efficiently.
