Latin American Gastroenterological Act is the disseminator of the Argentina Society of Gastroenterology and the Society of Gastroenterology Uruguay. The aim of the journal is to publish dedicated to clinical research on all aspects of the digestive system, including the liver, pancreas and nutrition, in the field of clinical gastroenterology, endoscopy, surgery and pediatrics manuscripts. It is an incorporated publication to the Index Medicus.

Through the website and the mobile app and tablets ACTA proposes a tool for dissemination and encouragement as modern vehicle for training and exchange.
