This questionnaire has been developed to collect the baseline information on household demographic and built environment, understanding the role of surrounding areas in adaptation, and community knowledge on climate anomalies. This questionnaire survey will be conducted among the pre-determined sample population living in Colombo, Kalutara, Gampaha, Galle, Matara, Ratnapura districts.
The survey findings will be published in Baseline Survey report of Disaster Risk Management Project 2020/2021, of Lanka Jathika Sarvodaya Shramadana Sangamaya.


මෙම සමීෂණයේ මූලික අරමුණ වන්නේ ගංවතුර ආපදාවට ලක්වීමේ හැකියාව පවතින ප්‍රදේශ වල ගෘහස්ථ ජන විකාශනය, ගොඩනඟන ලද පරිසරය ,දේශගුණික විෂමතා පිළිබඳ ප්‍රජා දැනුම සහ ගංවතුර ආපදාවන්ට අනුවර්තනය කිරීමේදී අවට ප්‍රදේශ වල භූමිකාව අවබෝධ කර ගැනීමට අවශ්‍ය මූලික තොරතුරු රැස් කිරීමයි මෙම ප්‍රශ්නාවලිය සමීක්ෂණය කොළඹ, කළුතර, ගම්පහ, ගාල්ල, මාතර, රත්නපුර දිස්ත්‍රික්කවල වෙසෙන තීරණය කරන ලද නියැදි ජනගහනය අතර සිදු කෙරේ.
සමීක්ෂණයේ සොයාගැනීම් ලංකා ජාතික සර්වෝදය ශ්‍රමදාන සංගාමයේ ආපදා අවදානම් කළමනාකරණ ව්‍යාපෘතියේ 2020/2021 මූලික සමීක්ෂණ වාර්තාවෙන් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කෙරේ.
