Using your Cofidis Pay card associated with your Cofidis Pay revolving credit, pay for your purchases on the web or in store in cash and spread out your expenses in your application. 3x, 5x, 10x, 20x or in small monthly payments, the choice is yours. Your card also allows you to make withdrawals of up to €500 over 7 rolling days from all approved distributors up to the amount of your available credit.

REQUEST YOUR CARD IN THE COFIDIS PAY APP

- Enter your customer ID and password. Your identifier is made up of 9 digits, you will find it on your letters or on your account statement. If you have lost your username or password, click “I can’t sign in”.
- Validate your personal data
- Sign your contract electronically
- You receive your card and your secret code at your home in 2 separate letters

SPREAD YOUR EXPENSES

Once you have made your purchases with your Cofidis Pay card on the web or in store, find them in the app and choose the amount of expenses you wish to spread over 3x, 5x, 10x, 20x or in small monthly installments. For example, you buy a bike for €250 in cash. Then, when your expense appears in the app, you spread it out into 10 installments. 
You access your transaction history in the app and can view the amount of your next withdrawal from your bank account.

MAKE TRANSFER TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

You can make a transfer from your Cofidis Pay revolving credit to your bank account from your Cofidis Pay app if this option is offered to you and within the limit of the available credit amount.

MANAGE YOUR CREDIT CARD

From the Cofidis Pay app, you can:
- cancel your credit card
- activate or deactivate your withdrawals or payments
- consult your confidential code

SECURE YOUR PURCHASES WITH MOBILE CONFIRMATION

To increase the security of credit use and certain sensitive operations, we invite you to configure mobile confirmation in your Cofidis Pay app.
