You will have your own client profile where all of your information will be easily accessible in one place for you and your coach to keep track of.

Your coach will create a detailed training plan fully personalised to you with all sets, reps, weights and rest included. There will also be video demonstrations of exercises included.

PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLAN WITH MACROS

Your coach will create a detailed nutrition guide fully personalised to you with a full breakdown of calories and macronutrients.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS WITH PHOTOS/VIDEOS FEATURE

You will have a weekly check-in form to complete to reflect on the past week. Your coach will review this form each week and make any necessary changes.

Your coach will create a supplement plan including any supplements necessary for you to take.
