With coached by Kerry you start by telling me when & how regular you can or like to train,your likes/dislikes & what your specific goals are ...i.e fat loss/muscle gain or simply getting fitter & stronger, i can provide you with daily workouts & nutrition plan from the information you have given me to suit you with lots of options,we work together from there & weekly checks are required to make sure we're making progress & learn along the way
