WHATS INCLUDED:

WEEKLY CHECK INS:
You will receive weekly video check ins which will give you in depth feedback and make any necessary adjustments to your programme. You will also be able to message Sammy any time of the week via messenger if you need any further support in your preferred way of communication (video, voice message or text). You will also be setting yourself goals and targets which we will review and make sure you are where you want to be.

NUTRITION:
You will have personalised macros tailored to you and your goals, meal plans and recipe ideas. You will be taught how to manage your own nutrition and make it part of your lifestyle. You will also receive supplement recommendations for sport and health.

TRAINING:
Your training will be personalised to fit your lifestyle and specific goals. Every exercise will have a demo, and you will be able to upload form videos for analysis and revision, to help you improve and correct your technique to get the most out of your training. You will be able to log your training in the app and it will be monitored throughout the training block. Mobility recommendations will be given within scope of practice.

LIFESTYLE:
You will receive a client handbook that includes lifestyle recommendations (sleep, stress, digestions etc..) We will aim to optimise you as an individual so you get the most out of your training and nutrition.

CALLS:
You will have a call with Sammy every 6 weeks for additional support and to review your progress.
