Your "Hexaflow" application allows you to update the Vigik and Vigik+ profiles of your Hexact readers from the non-connected (RW) range. This application is intended for access control professionals using Hexact hardware.

Connect to your system
Simply launch Hexaflow and follow the steps; it will automatically connect to your system. Make sure you are near the Vigik+ reader and have internet access on your smartphone.

Configure your control panel
Connect to your system via Bluetooth to customize the door delay (from 0.2 seconds to 60 seconds) and the push button type (NO/NC).

You have not registered your system online?
With Hexaflow, you can activate the native Vigik and Vigik+ services. These cannot be modified. If you wish to modify them, you will need to register your equipment on the web.hexact.fr management site.

You have already created your installation on the web.hexact.fr management site.

Thanks to Hexaflow, your settings made from the management site will be automatically sent via Bluetooth.

Renew Vigik+ security
Vigik+ requires an update of its services every 12 months maximum. You will need to use the app to update the Vigik and Vigik+ sections. Failure to update Vigik will result in a shutdown of the Vigik and Vigik+ services. This is required by Vigik certification. Hexact resident badges are not subject to this requirement.

WHAT THE APP DOESN'T DO:

Manage your Vigik access and profiles
Directly from your web.hexact.fr management site. Your equipment (Vigik+ RW control panel and reading head) must be registered on your management site.

Loading Resident Badges
Resident badges are loaded from the management site using the Hexact USB programmer.
