UNCDF Mentorship is an online platform to connect UNCDF partners with experts in various areas and enable them to organize online and in-person mentoring sessions.\nThrough this platform, mentees can:\n- Create and update their profiles\n- Communicate with other users through messages or video calls\n- Set learning objectives and measure progress\n- Connect with mentors with relevant skills and expertise\n- Arrange online or in-person mentoring sessions\n- Provide feedback about each mentoring sessions\n- Access relevant resources about learning and mentoring\n- Join specific groups of users with the same interests\n- Attend online classes organized by mentors\nAs for mentors, the platform allows them to:\n- Share and update their profiles\n- Communicate with other users through messages or video calls\n- State their availability for mentoring sessions\n- Schedule online or in-person mentoring sessions\n- Provide feedback about each mentoring session\n- Share relevant material and resources\n- Organize online classes\nOther functionalities are made available to enhance users’ experience such us taking notes, sharing documents, and automatic suggestions for relevant mentors.
