Man instinctively seeks to obtain gains and profits by achieving variable and growing ambitions and goals, which change with the change of his age stages, and his innate, intellectual, and social needs. And his goals are with his self-determinants, or they may not be compatible with them. In that case, he must face one of two possibilities: either he retracts his goals and withdraws to announce his defeat and failure to achieve his ambitions and chart the future as he wanted him to be, or he sharpens his determination and calls for his energy in order to achieve his dreams. And realize his successes, and in this case he must identify the aspects of his energy and skills, and develop them in line with the level he aspires to reach. The individual's diligence, willingness and desire to change himself, support his abilities, and meet the requirements of practical and living conditions is what is called self-development.
