The Deaf Refugee Conference App. was developed to help provide conference related information to those attending the Reach Out! Supporting Deaf Refugees Conference in Rochester, New York. The purpose of this conference is for hearing/deaf professionals to share, learn, converse, and network about the unique needs of Deaf refugees in order to better support them worldwide.
