SchwabLetic is an app for track and field training. The App contains suspension training exercises. You can also manage your tempo runs.

The suspension training section can generate full body workouts. All exercises are explained with pictures, a description and an advice. The Exercises are especially for sprint training.

In the tempo run section you can save your tempo runs. Detailed statistics are provided so you can improve your times. For graphical view of your trainings you can generate a chart.
