In Aluminum manufacturing process one of the important process is extracting of liquid aluminum from POT's in ladle in already planned Pot combination and with recommended quantity. Further the extracted metal is supplied to Consumer to make the desired product. As the chemistry of each individual pot is different which must fulfill the customer requirement to have good quality product.

As after extraction of liquid aluminum it has to transport to the consumer the logistics facility is also takes place very important role. Because the ladle carrying the liquid metal emits the temperature continuously and metal inside the ladle starts getting frozen slowly after the minimum temperature reaches.

2) Transfer of each ladle info digitally over mobile app to the consumer.
3) Resources management used for Tapping and logistics activity.
4) Additives quantity calculation to meet Product Specs.
