Electronic health diary for self-management and empowerment of patients with Primary Immunodeficiencies.
IDPBook consists of five areas: The first or registration area, where the patient can write down their symptoms (fever, cough, signs of infection, etc.); use of antibiotics; sick leave days; vaccines; immunoglobulin treatment doses; number of days of hospital care and quality of life measured by the 5-dimensional questionnaire (Euroqol). The second or self-training area: section in which the patient has updated and verified information about their disease and its possible treatments through audiovisual content in the form of small pills made by their usual medical team. The third or agenda in which the patient has the dates of their next appointments in the outpatient clinics and administration of their intravenous treatments in the Day Hospital, the days for collecting consumables and the days for carrying out complementary explorations. The fourth or teleconsultation in which patients can contact the nursing team through messages. And the fifth area, which consists of an interface that will enable direct contact between patients affected by PID.
