This app is uses an encryption algorithm to hide your password.

1. The 'main phrase' or first line is your key. This usually never changes.
2. The 'semantic' or line 2 is the word you use to identify your account.

When you setup a password for the first time on any account, use this app.
For paypal I would do:
Line 1: cloud
Line 2: paypal

Line 1 can be anything, in this case cloud, since it's easy to remember. Try to use this for every password
Line 2 is your identifier, in this case I'm using it for paypal.

This will generate the text 'bHVweWE=' and you will use this password when setting up your account.
When you forget the password, come back here and use the same phrases above to get your password again.
