OreoChromDx is an intelligent mobile application developed to assist tilapia farmers, aquaculture researchers, and fish health specialists in the early detection of presumptive cutaneous diseases in tilapia. Powered by machine learning technology, OreoChromDx provides a fast, accessible, and non-invasive way to analyze skin lesions or abnormalities in tilapia directly from images captured through a smartphone.

This app is based on the research titled “Development and Evaluation of a Tilapia Cutaneous Disease Detection System using Machine Learning”. It incorporates trained image classification models to distinguish between healthy skin and potential cutaneous diseases such as epistylis, saprolegniasis, and columnaris.
