PetroTrack is an advanced, user-friendly mobile application designed specifically for petrol pump operations. It brings a digital transformation to how fuel stations are managed by offering secure, role-based access for staff and managers. From the first step of logging in to managing daily operations like fuel sales, nozzle assignments, and transaction records, PetroTrack streamlines it all in one place.
Company Code Authentication
As soon as the app is opened, users are prompted to enter their Company Code. This unique code ensures that every user is linked to the correct petrol pump or fuel station. This step adds a layer of security and ensures that only authorized staff can log in under their respective companies.
Purpose of Company Code:
Verify that the user belongs to an authorized company
Load pump-specific data (nozzles, product types, customers)
Maintain centralized and secure access control
After the correct company code is entered, the app navigates the user to the login screen
Login Screen – Role-Based Access
On the login screen, users enter their Username and Password. Based on the credentials provided, users are directed to different dashboards depending on their role. Currently, the system supports two login types:
DSM (Delivery Salesman)
Manager
DSM Dashboard Features:
Assigned Nozzle View
Displays all the nozzles assigned to the DSM.
Shows real-time nozzle status (Active/Idle).
Allows the DSM to select the nozzle for daily sales entry.
Fuel Sale Entry
Enables DSMs to record every fuel delivery or sale.
Inputs include quantity, vehicle number, customer name, rate, and mode of payment.
Each sale entry is logged with a timestamp for auditing.
Transaction History
View detailed transaction history for each day.
Sales Entry
When fuel is dispensed, DSM enters the transaction details.
The entry includes:
Customer name/vehicle number
Nozzle used
Fuel type and quantity (liters)
Rate per liter
Payment type (Cash/UPI/Credit)
Remarks (if any)
Manager Login (Overview Only)
Although this description is focused on the DSM, it’s worth briefly mentioning that managers:
View DSM activity in real-time
Approve or reject sales entries
Assign or reassign nozzles to DSMs
Monitor fuel stock, sales trends, and revenue
