COMPASS is a comprehensive digital platform where the Heidelberg Materials Bangladesh (HMB) sales team,
customers, influencers, and end-users connect, providing insights to develop strategic
directions to drive HM business. The application will facilitate data-driven decision making for both B2C and
B2C Customers.
The application will interact with a back-end Admin Portal, primary data from SAP, and users’ activities. Both
internal (i.e. Sales, Marketing & Finance) and external stakeholders (i.e. Dealers & End-users) are the key
users of this application.
The Application is consisting of the following key scopes:
1. Sales Force Automation (B2C, B2B Sales Team): The primary users of this application the Sales Team
Members. Through this application, sales team members are being connected with its Dealers and
end-users. Data will be being generated from both call activities and transactional data generated from
SAP. Users can use this application from both Mobile and Web Applications. Users can access in this
application through a log in authentication using registered mobile number. The application enable
sales team with:
1. Retail geo-tagging, classification, and validation
2. Real-time market visibility tracking
3. Real-time sales performance tracking
4. Customer complaint management and
5. Data-driven decision making
2. SAP-Interfaced Reports: The SAP Interface's scope will empower role-specific sales team members to
access comprehensive volume performance and customer financial reports, along with analytics,
through both the mobile app and web app, without requiring direct access to SAP. All reports will be
updated at hourly or half-hourly intervals within the interface. Furthermore, a master dashboard
within the interface will consistently keep the team informed about important Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs). The interface will also include functionalities to upload targets for Full-Time
Equivalents (FTEs) and customers (both B2C and B2B) for performance assessment.
3. Dealer Application: This application provides dealers with both a mobile and web platform to directly
place their sales orders, track order statuses, and stay informed about volume performance and
financial reports. It empowers them to create invoices for secondary sales and track the performance
of these secondary sales for various stakeholders. The application also includes dashboards to keep
dealers updated on different loyalty schemes.
4. Lead Management: This application streamlines and enhances the process of acquiring, organizing,
and nurturing potential business leads. Through this digital platform, businesses can efficiently
capture, track, and manage leads from various sources such as websites, social media, employee
referrals, sales team scouting, etc. optimizing the sales funnel. The application typically includes
features such as lead scoring, automated follow-ups, notifications, and performance analytics,
empowering sales teams to prioritize and convert leads effectively. With a user-friendly interface and
advanced functionalities, the Lead Management Digital Application is pivotal in improving
sales efficiency and maximizing conversion rates in the dynamic business development landscape.
